There is a maximum of 4 people per home each with their own private bedroom. 


We do our best to match people with similar interests and everyone gets to meet before making any decisions. We look for people with similar interests or common hobbies, even if that's enjoying a glass of wine while watching a movie!

With this in mind, everyone has disagreements sometimes. Our communities are built on trust and respect for each other. 

If your a person with a temper or tend to hold a grudge then this is not the best place for you.

There will be a questionnaire for anyone who would like to be on the waiting list.

This will include whether or not you have a pet, love pets and don't mind living with them or prefer to live in a pet free home.

The monthly cost includes all utilities;  power, heat, water, internet, basic cable and home insurance for the property. (This insurance does not include personal items of value).There will be one fixed monthly cost plus the cost of your groceries. The fixed monthly cost will range from $1100-$1300.

Yes! You can enjoy a pocket garden of your own if that's what you love! We also have patio furniture and BBQs.
